This one day comprehensive workshop will cover the use of ancient Chinese beauty tools - Dermal Rollers, Jade Rollers and the Gau Sha Stone. Facial Acupuncturist Paul Adkins will also introduce acupressure techniques to enhance, not only the skin, but also the general wellbeing of your client.
Skin micro needling is also known as derma or dermal rolling, skin rolling or collagen induction therapy (CIT).

Chinese women have been using jade rollers as part of their beauty routine for centuries. They have also been found in the tombs of Chinese Emperors and date from before the 12th Century. Jade Rollers are displayed as part of the bedroom necessities of the Emperor in the forbidden city.
These ancient beauty tools have a soothing effect on the nervous system and, if used regularly, they encourage the blood to the surface of the skin, thus improving the circulation and increasing the oxygen supply to the face. The rollers also stimulate lymphatic drainage and facial muscles, leaving skin looking refreshed and radiant.
